Returns/Exchanges

We are confident that you will be pleased with the quality and performance of our hand-crafted Massage Tools. But if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you can return them within 30 days according to the conditions defined in the "Return Conditions" below.

SYNERGY STONES are truly hand-crafted and are not meant to be blemish free. They are closely examined for consistency and quality during and after their creation. Just as with natural stones, SYNERGY STONES will have slight variances including lines, indentations, and small surface cracks. These variances are not felt during massage and are not a danger in any way. Variances like these do not warrant a "return". Any SYNERGY STONE that has a variance is not considered defective and will not be replaced free of charge. It can, however be returned as explained below in the "Return Conditions".

SYNERGY STONES are very strong and should last for many years. They are not indestructible however. Do not drop on hard surfaces nor hit them together with force. It is OK for them to tap each other in normal use. In the unlikely event that upon unintentionally dropping, a Tool happens to be damaged, you may quality for replacement less a handling fee and shipping charges. If you accidentally break one of your SYNERGY STONES, email us with a photo and we will work towards getting a replacement to you as quickly as possible. 

That being said, before each use examine each SYNERGY STONE and if you see or feel any damage whatsoever than DO NOT USE. As with natural stone, if a SYNERGY STONE Tool becomes damaged it should immediately be taken out of service and labeled as BROKEN. Email our support team and we will help you determine if that particular stone can be used again, or should be replaced.

Return Conditions:

In order to return any item please email us for prior authorization. The items must be in like-new condition, UNDAMAGED and able to be resold. You must return the items within (30) days. They must be rewrapped in the protective bubble wrap they were originally packaged in to protect during shipping. You are solely responsible for the shipping costs associated in sending the products back to our location.
 
Please be advised: It is your responsibility to get the products back to us in like-new, UNDAMAGED condition. It is therefore your responsibility to ensure that you package the product in such a way that will allow it to arrive to us undamaged. It would behoove you to take several photos before you send them back to show that when you packaged them they were NOT DAMAGED. Also, it is your responsibility to insure the package with the shipping company you choose to ship it back with against loss or damage. If we receive 
back a damaged product we can not process a refund.

 

Returns Procedure:
Your item needs to be in like-new condition to be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

2. Mail your return or exchanged item to:

3. We ask that you be responsible for shipping charges for exchanges or returns unless there is a manufacturers defect in the item itself.

4. If a refund is due we will make that refund within 3 business days to your original payment method.  We will deduct from your refund any amount of shipping costs we paid on your behalf to send you your original purchase. The shipping costs are hand written on the original shipping label of your purchase. 

 

Exchanges Procedure:
Your item needs to be in like-new condition to be returned for an exchange unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item for an exchange within 30 days of your purchase.

For Exchanges within 30 days of purchase:

2. Mail your return to:

3. We ask that you be responsible for shipping charges for exchanges or returns unless there is a manufacturers defect in the item itself.

4. Once we receive your return we will send you the exchanged item. If a refund is due we will make that refund within 3 business days to your original payment method.  We will deduct from your refund any amount of shipping costs we paid on your behalf to send you your original purchase. The shipping costs are written on the original shipping label of your purchase.   If a payment is due we will email you a digital invoice you can use to pay any amount due.  You are responsible for the shipping costs associated in sending you the new item(s).
