5 Suprisingly versatile Published by Unknown on 26th Feb 2017 It's a little bit bigger than i imagined, but it holds the heat great. I love it for glut work, and suprisingly for the neck as well. It's pretty awkward for other parts of the back though, which was a surprise. However, i didn't watch the videos. The other reviews make me think maybe I'm missing out on it's full potential.
5 I like the notches and valleys. Published by Phillip on 22nd Apr 2014 The videos looked interesting so I ordered one. Very nonslippery but glides well with oil. I think I need two at least because I get the idea, how it has a valley with notches to go over the spine, or cradle the neck or calf muscle. But one doesnt do as much as two could do Im sure. I like very slow deep work and this stone lets me go very light on the bigger surface or deeper with one or two notches. Very unique and I will be ordering more.
