We're confident that you'll be pleased with the quality and performance of our hand-crafted Massage Tools. But if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you can return them within 30 days according to the conditions defined in the "Return Conditions" below.
SYNERGY STONES are truly hand-crafted and are not meant to be blemish free. They are closely examined for consistency and quality during and after their creation. Just as with natural stones, SYNERGY STONES will have slight variances including lines, indentations, and small surface cracks. These variances are not felt during massage and are not a danger in any way. Variances like these do not warrant a "return". Any SYNERGY STONE that has a variance is not considered defective and will not be replaced free of charge. It can, however be returned as explained below in the "Return Conditions".
In order to return any item please email us for prior authorization. The items must be in like-new condition, UNDAMAGED and able to be resold. You must return the items within (30) days. They must be rewrapped in the protective bubble wrap they were originally packaged in to protect during shipping. You are solely responsible for the shipping costs associated in sending the products back to our location.
Please be advised: It is your responsibility to get the products back to us in like-new, UNDAMAGED condition. It is therefore your responsibility to ensure that you package the product in such a way that will allow it to arrive to us undamaged. It would behoove you to take several photos before you send them back. Also, it is your responsibility to insure the package with the shipping company you choose to ship it back with against loss or damage. If we receive back a damaged product we can not process a refund.
