SYNERGY STONES are made to feel amazing. If, within 30 days, you've tried using your Stones and are not happy with some aspect you may either exchange for another style of Stone or return your order following the steps and conditions below.

Please know that each Massage Tool is truly handcrafted and not meant to look or feel machine made. Just as with natural stones, SYNERGY STONES will have slight variances including lines, indentations, and small surface cracks. These variances are shouldn't be felt during massage and only add to their unique charm.

To return or exchange any item please email us for an RMA# beforehand: support@synergystone.com. The items must be in like-new condition, UNDAMAGED and able to be resold. You must return or exchange the items within (30) days. Re-wrap in the protective bubble wrap they were originally packaged(or equivalent) in to protect during shipping. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated in returns or exchanges.
 
Please be advised: It is your responsibility to send the products back to us in like-new, UNDAMAGED condition. It is therefore your wise to package the product in such a way that will allow it to arrive undamaged. It would behoove you to take several photos before you send them back in the event they arrive damaged. Also, it is your responsibility to insure the package with the shipping company against loss or damage. If we receive a damaged product we unfortunately can not process a refund.

Returns Procedure:

1. Please email us at support@synergystone.com to request a Return and an RMA#.  

2. After receiving your RMA#, mail your return items to: Synergy Stone Returns, 606 Industry Dr., Tukwila, WA 98188

3. Upon receiving your return we will examine and if still in like-new condition we will issue you a refund of your purchase amount, less any shipping paid, to the original purchase method.

4. Remember that shipping costs that you have paid will not be refunded because we have paid those dollars to the shipping services you selected and we cannot be reimbursed for those expenses. Thank you for understanding.

Exchange Procedure:

1. The easiest way to exchange is to Return what you don't want to keep following the above procedure, and then place a new order for what you would like to try next. We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of original purchase.
