SYNERGY STONES are truly hand-crafted and are not meant to be blemish free. They are closely examined for consistency and quality during and after their creation. However, just as with natural stones, SYNERGY STONES will have slight variances including lines, indentations, and tiny surface cracks. These variances are no not distract from the massage and are not a danger in any way. Variances like these do not warrant a "return" unless you are unhappy with the way they look or perform.
SYNERGY STONES are very strong and should last forever. They are not indestructible however. If cared for properly your Stones will last a lifetime. Before each use examine your SYNERGY STONEs and if you see or feel any damage whatsoever then DO NOT USE. As with natural stone, if a SYNERGY STONE Tool becomes damaged it should immediately be taken out of service. Email our support team and we will help you determine if that particular stone can be used again, or should be replaced.
